Pretty good lights

I have had these hids in my 01 ford ranger for a few weeks now. I have to say that they are a huge upgrade from standard bulbs. They took me a few hours to install but im not good with mechanics etc. But if i had to do it again i could probably do the install in less than an hour. Both the low and high beams are very bright and light up everything. They 8000k are mostly white but has a pretty good blue tint. i love it. if u want a more blue color buy the 10000k. it turns out one of my ballasts were faulty, so i called kensun and they shipped out a new one that same day. Great service from kensun. Lastly, i live in wisconsin and i have driven past multiple cops with these hids and yellow hid fogs and i have never gotten pulled over and nobody has flashed their brights at me but the lights definitely do shine in peoples eyes.

Good Customer Service

After installation noticed one of the bulbs did not work. Contacted Customer Service and two replacement bulbs were sent free of charge. The new bulbs worked great. Makes night driving much easier and safer. Note: You can only contact them by phone on Sunday thru Thursday.

I'm Shocked...

Fast shipping and great customer service. I received the product on time but when I installed the lights one of them wasn't working. I performed countless testing and the problem was found in one of the bulbs. The wiring and ballasts were all fine but the bulb itself was discolored and damaged. I sent an email asking if I could just send the bulb back for a replacement rather than sending the whole kit to avoid shipping costs. I received a response from both amazon and kensun in less then an hour and they both stated sending the product back wasn't necessary. Amazon refunded me 50% which was exactly the amount needed for a pair of kensun replacement bulbs and kensun sent me a single replacement bulb for free. They both arrived at the same time a few days later, but sooner then the shipping estimation. So for the inconvenience I ended up with the product I ordered along with 2 spare bulbs in case something happens to them at no additional cost.
